E. Excel Gives A Gift of Joy

E. Excel believes that a little kindness, sympathy and generosity can bring priceless joy to the less fortunate children. With this, E. Excel had “A Gift of Joy”, a campaign that supports the “Barya Mo, Buhay Ko” project of Bantay Bata 163. Throughout the year 2009, a number of coinbanks were distributed to all the branches nationwide. A selected number of leader distributors were also given some coinbanks for their groups. In addition, all the departments of E. Excel’s Head Office also contributed to the project. Towards the end of 2009, in the spirit of the holiday season, E. Excel held an activity at the Children’s Village of Bantay Bata 163 in Norzagaray, Bulacan last December 17. The event served as a platform for the coinbanks turnover headed by no other than E. Excel Philippines Vice General Manager, Ms. Sandra Leh and accepted by the Mobilization Assistant of Bantay Bata 163, Ms. Ana Marie Tambasen. To make the event more special, a puppetry presentation of Nutritional Immunology especially designed for the kids was conducted. A couple of games were also played like Dress the Snowman, a dance showdown, Fill the Christmas Stocking relay and Agaw-Pabitin. The event ended with a gift giving activity where E. Excel Philippines donated basic toiletries and school supplies to the children. Sumptuous snacks were also served during the activity. The event only concludes that E. Excel does not only share the Gifts of Health and Knowledge but also gives the Gift of Joy to the needy. To date, E. Excel continues to support Bantay Bata 163’s “Barya mo, Buhay Ko” project.
