Dr. Jau-Fei Chen I E. Excel I Company
Dr. Jau-Fei Chen is a visionary scientist with extraordinary insight. Since founding E. Excel International in 1987, she continues to share her message of prevention, educating the world about the science of Nutritional Immunology. Her efforts have carried so much significance and have made an impact on so many lives that she has been bestowed numerous international awards and recognitions.
1992 - She received The Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations' Outstanding Person of the Year Award and the Martin De La Cruz Award.
1993 - She received the Annual Model of Overseas Chinese Youth Entrepreneur Award.
1996 - She was hailed Outstanding Woman of the Year by the Chinese Women's Association of America. March 8, 1996 was declared Jau-Fei Chen Day in the state of California by Governor Pete Wilson. Her book Plant Foods & Nutritional Immunology: A Scientific Approach and her formulation of the beverage Millennium were given the Thesis Category Award and the Product Category Award respectively at the Conference of World Traditional Medicine.
1997 - She became the first person of Chinese descent to win the Ten Outstanding Young Americans Award. She also received The China Dynasty Award.
2001 - Her product formulation for the Essence of Knowledge won the prestigious Biotech Medical Product Quality Award. Dr. Chen also holds a patent for her use of ginseng berry and cactus fruit.
2002 - She was invited to meet personally with Zhu Rongji during his premiership of China.
2004 - Dr. Chen shared the science of Nutritional Immunology with the public on China Central Television's Road To Health program and China Beijing Television Station's TV Clinic program. Another invitation was extended to Dr. Chen by the All-China Women's Federation to be the special speaker at the launch of Walking In Health, a national initiative aimed at improving women's health.
2005 - E. Excel won the prestigious New Millennium Award at the 30th Golden Award for the Best Trade Name and the Food Safety Excellence Award. Dr. Chen was also invited by China's Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Party School of the CPC Central Committee to present a health seminar on Nutritional Immunology. What's more, Dr. Chen was invited to meet Chinese President Hu Jintao and other senior officials.
2006 - Dr. Chen was invited by China's State Council and Tsinghua University to present a lecture on Nutritional Immunology.
Dr. Chen's amazing accomplishments reflect her unwavering passion to illuminate people’s lives with Nutritional Immunology. Besides honoring invitations to give lectures on Nutritional Immunology at venues worldwide, Dr. Chen has also written books on Nutritional Immunology. Aside from the aforementioned award-winning book Plant Foods & Nutritional Immunology: A Scientific Approach, she wrote Nutritional Immunology, Enjoying Health & Longevity With Nutritional Immunology, and the recently published Cancer & Nutritional Immunology. |
